Jessica R. Llach, DPT, DPT, CFP

After graduating from Physical Therapy school at Northeastern University in Boston, MA in 1992 Jessica moved to Bakersfield to begin her 17 year career as a Physical Therapist working at Bakersfield Rehabilitation Hospital. She completed a 4-year training program to become a certified Feldenkrais® practitioner in 1998 and remains the only Feldenkrais® practitioner in Kern County. This training inspired and prepared her to begin treating children and start her private practice in 2001. Today, Jessica is the owner and practicing Physical Therapist of Ankle & Foot Physical Therapy, where she specializes in the treatment of foot and ankle injuries. Jessica strives to incorporate state-of-the-art modalities and treatment into her everyday practice to ensure positive outcomes for her patients. The Feldenkrais® Method, combined with traditional Physical Therapy and Biomechanical Evaluation, provide Jessica with a unique treatment approach to effectively treat her patients and restore normal movement and function.

About Myself:

I am a very blessed woman to be happily married to my husband, Tony. We are raising 4 children and enjoying all of their activities and adventures. I love to quilt, crochet and spend time with my family. I am happiest when I am being active outdoors and enjoying the beauty of the beach, forest or mountains while hiking, camping or kayaking.

Treating the foot and ankle had become a passion for me. I opened my practice in order to help an under served population of people with foot and ankle injuries. My goal is to provide personalized, professional, individual care to all my patients, to get them back on their feet again and help them return to a fun, fulfilling lifestyle.
